The Mindfulness Network invites you to join Frits Koster - co-founder of Mindfulness-based Compassionate Living (MBCL) - in a one-off, online workshop that will introduce you to a breathing practice known as Tonglen-light.
Tonglen is an old Tibetan meditation practice, offering us the ability to explore and to relate to difficulties in a specific, more intimate way. It could be referred to as a paradoxical practice that may feel quite strange in the beginning. In a secular compassion training (MBCL) we have tried to make it more accessible and refer to it as Compassionate Breathing or as Tonglen-light. In this workshop we shall explore this peculiar practice in practice and in theory.Read more by clicking on the title above. -
