Below are answers to some commonly asked questions about the Community site and our services.
You are welcome to browse our Community site without logging in and look around our freely-offered resources but will not be able to access paid for online course and retreat materials. Membership of the site is normally restricted to those who have participated in or who are registered on one of our trainings or retreats. These courses can be booked through our event calendar.
Free practices, resources and donation-based events are shared in the Community Friends area of our Community site, which is open to all (no login required).
For videos, it is probably best to have a full screen display - there is usually an icon to do that at the bottom right of the video. Some PC and laptop users have reported issues using the scroll bar for this site. If this happens, to move down the page please use the wheel on your mouse, trackpad or the up/down arrows on your keyboard until we can resolve this issue. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
If you can't find the answer here, please email us at info@mindfulness-network.org.
