    We are grateful to our compassion trainers for allowing us to offer the wonderful practices below for you to play. Please note that the timings for each MP3 track are approximations.

    Although the compassion practices are all free of charge, please consider making a donation that will help us make mindfulness-based approaches more accessible.

    Two types of compassion training are offered by the Mindfulness Network: Mindfulness-based Compassionate Living (MBCL) and Mindful Self Compassion (MSC). Both programmes intend to cultivate compassion. Read more.

We serve the mindfulness community and general public through supervision, retreats and training courses. Our network is made up of highly experienced trainers and supervisors who can guide you in practicing, teaching and deepening your experience of mindfulness and compassion.
