      We are grateful to our compassion trainers for allowing us to offer the wonderful practices below for you to play. Please note that the timings for each audio track are approximations.

      Although the compassion practices are all free of charge, please consider making a donation that will help us make mindfulness-based approaches more accessible.

      Two types of compassion training are offered by the Mindfulness Network: Mindfulness-based Compassionate Living (MBCL) and Mindful Self Compassion (MSC). Both programmes intend to cultivate compassion. Read more.
