Mindfulness Training Pathway - Information Session
The Mindfulness Network offers a range of courses to support you in taking your next steps with mindfulness, whether this is to deepen your practice with a view to sharing practices with others in your network, or you’re interested in full teacher training. Our comprehensive training programme is suited to anyone wanting to learn essential skills in delivering mindfulness within a wide range of personal and professional contexts.
Our Training Pathway events are delivered in collaboration with the Mindfulness Centre at Bangor University with options to specialise in one or more mindfulness-based programs, such as Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and/or the opportunity to specialise in offering Mindfulness in a One to One setting or in the Workplace. The routes are flexible, modular, available online and internationally recognised. We also offer a range of options for continued professional development, supported by retreats and mindfulness-based supervision.
Are you curious about deepening your mindfulness practice or becoming a facilitator or teacher of a mindfulness-based programme?
Join us for an open and informal information session to explore the non-academic Mindfulness Training Pathway on Tuesday 2nd September, 5.30 - 6.30pm (UK, BST)
Whether you’re looking to teach, support others, or simply develop your own practice further, this session will offer valuable insights into the different training routes available.
It will include a brief mindfulness practice together, followed by a presentation about the different routes including pre-requirements to attend, an overviews of learning outcomes and information about assessment. There will be plenty of opportunities for you to ask any questions and chance to connect with peers and course leads.
No matter where you are on your mindfulness path, this is a welcoming space to find clarity and guidance.
We look forward to meeting you.
