My name is Emily Carter, a postgraduate student at Manchester Metropolitan University studying Psychological Wellbeing in Clinical Practice. I am conducting a research study looking to recruit practitioners who deliver mindfulness-based interventions. We are interested in exploring how practitioners experience adapting mindfulness-based interventions for individuals with mental health difficulties.

Participants will be asked to participate in an interview via TEAMS for no more than one hour asking about their experience of adapting mindfulness-based interventions.

Participants are eligible to take part if they actively deliver Mindfulness-Based Interventions to individuals with mental health difficulties. Participants should currently deliver or previously delivered mindfulness-based interventions to individuals with mental health difficulties in a group. Participants may be qualified or in training as a psychologist, nurse, therapist or allied mental health professional. Participants who do not hold a clinical qualification may also be eligible if they are trained to deliver mindfulness-based interventions to people with mental health difficulties. To enable sufficient participation in our interview study participants should be able to speak English and be able to conduct the interview via MS TEAMS.
