Hi, my name is Rob. I am student on the Doctorate in Professional Practice (Teesside University). I am interested in the views and opinions of those from the UK LGBTQ+ community after they have undertaken an 8-week mindfulness course. This could have been Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy or Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction.
