What: A welcoming space for members of the LGBTQIA+ Community

When: Alternate Mondays beginning 12th January 2026, 7:30 - 8:15 pmMindfulness for LGBTQIA+ is a free fortnightly online session open to those who are completely new to mindfulness meditation and to those with experience. All our sessions are guided by qualified and experienced volunteer teachers. We meet twice a month on Monday evenings, 7:30 pm - 8:15 pm UK Time via ZOOM. There will be an inclusive mindfulness meditation practice session with light inquiry. Mindfulness for LGBTQIA+ was set up with the specific intention of creating a welcoming place for members of the LGBTQIA+ community to begin their mindfulness journey or deepen their practice.
These sessions are completely free. However, if you would like to donate, any amount would be gratefully received via our donations page.
