These are monthly drop-in sessions for people with Parkinson’s as well as their family members and support team. The sessions are 40 minutes long, 7pm - 7.40pm, facilitated by a mindfulness trainer who are either living with Parkinson's and/or have experience of working with people with Parkinson's. There will be around 20 minutes of guided practice with time to reflect and connect. The intention is to offer practices to support different aspects of living with Parkinson’s. No previous mindfulness experience is needed and you are welcome to come along and try a session.
