After we have ‘arrived and settled’ which will be familiar to you if you attended the introduction, don’t worry if you didn’t! We will seamlessly move into the session.
Each week we will break down 2 of the 18 movements, although there is no pressure to get things perfect it’s nice to know, roughly, what’s where and to learn of the benefit of each movement! We will then revisit the golden guidelines for a safe and enjoyable session.
Then we will then enjoy the full set of 18 movements with gentle music to support us and light guidance.
Reaching the end, we will sit or stand for a few moments to notice how things are with a gentle bow to end.
